Bud Elliot back again for another episode the Noel cast.

Bud we recorded three or four days ago, mentioned that we were looking to put together

a podcast recording either the first of the week or at the end of it.

So here, happy to say we've been able to convene on a Sunday evening and we'll have this out first thing Monday morning.

Predominantly we will devote this podcast to listener questions.

So a lot of questions have built up over time.

We've done our best to grab as many good ones as possible. If we don't have your particular question on here,

I apologize, do not read it as though either of us took it that it wasn't worthy or anything,

we just can only answer so many questions.

So Bud, let's jump right into our first question, which will also serve as a solid reminder

Actually, I didn't put the names on the questions this week,

so it would take too long.

What are your favorite things to use Louisiana Hot Sauce on other than the obvious?

Other than the obvious.

I'll tell you I mentioned something a couple months ago that was received or at least had a decent amount of interest surrounding it and that was that I would just cut an avocado in half.

Just put some grated cheese in the middle and a little bit of seasoning in Louis and hot sauce if I was looking for a real quick lunch or maybe a kind of a bite to eat but not an entire meal.
