Welcome to our Monday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today is the beginning of my second week teaching from this brand new book that I've got out,

first time we've ever offered it, more grace, more favor.

I tell you this is powerful. I've really enjoyed this and this teaching is just a foundational truth.

I've been using these verses primarily out of 1st Peter, chapter 5.

Let me just go back over and read this in verse 5.

It says, Likewise, ye you younger submit yourselves unto the

elder yay all of you be subject one to another and be you clothed with humility

for God resist that the proud but giveth grace to the humble.

Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand to God that He may exalt you in due time

casting all of your care upon Him because he cares for you.

This is basically the exact same thing that the Apostle James said

over in James Chapter 4.

Let me read this to you out of that account.

It says in verse 4, ye adulteress and adultresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world

is enmity with God. Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world

...
