Summary

Humility is not a popular topic today, but humility is close to God's heart. It's part of His character. Jesus, God manifest in the flesh (John 1:14), called Himself meek and lowly in heart (Matt. 11:29). He was humble and He was a perfect representation of the Father (Heb. 1:3), which means God is humble. Release the untapped power of humility with this teaching. If you let it, it will transform your life.

0:36.4	These are some of the most important foundational truths in the gospel.
0:41.4	I've been using this verse out of 1st Peter Chapter 5 and
0:46.0	verse 5 where it says God resist the proud but he gives grace to the humble.
0:52.2	And the scripture also speaks of he gives grace to the humble. And the scripture also speaks, he gives more grace.
0:56.0	So we all receive grace to a degree when you get born again,
1:01.0	but you can receive more grace. Grace is not only
1:04.3	unmerited favor, but it is everything that God has, but certainly it includes
1:10.4	his favor, the blessing of God, and he gives more grace the more you humble
1:16.2	yourself. And I've been, in a sense, redefining humility. Some people see humility as being low self-esteem, having a
1:25.3	unworthy attitude and stuff, that's not true. You know Moses over in
1:31.8	numbers chapter 12, he was criticized by his sister and brother
