Right as we're going alive here. There was a report that Eric Armstead was going to the Jags

Then he was going to the bills then he was going to the Jags. Then he was going to the Jags. Turns out he went to the Jags.

Sam Howell traded to the Seahawks from the commanders. There's a pick swap involved there as well so that punctuates at least at

this point what has been a very very busy week.

disappointed I thought the NFL is going to be quiet for an hour for us to get

together and do a podcast and revisit everything that happened Monday

Tuesday and Wednesday but here we are on a I guess for me on a

Thursday afternoon you're on the

you're on the Midwest a little later but yeah Sam Howell and Eric Armstrong stood on the move so I

guess it's not you know not quiet just yet for the frenzy. So we've seen at this point most of the major moves in free agency.

Obviously there are still some guys out there, but most of the guys who are notable names

we've seen him at this point
