There's a few names that keep popping up when I talk to folks close to the program.

And I want to lead things off on the offensive line.

And it's Derek Plaz, the transfer from Miami, didn't really have any playing experience.

But when you look at what Miami has done in the trenches, you say,

okay, yeah, let's see what happens.

I mean, his path to playing time there,

pretty brutal just because of how Miami is recruited

and how they've developed and how they've kept

offensive linemen in their program.

Enter plaz, and it does sound like he's getting some play at those guard spots early in spring practice

and i think it's worth noting that they liked him a ton going into spring i think Nathan king

was the main person i saw dropping that note of, hey, they really are expecting good things

from Plaz.

I just kind of assumed it would be for the future, right?

He's a younger player.

It's got plenty of time to play at Auburn and develop into a really, really solid
