1:01.8	Notice what you're drawn to, and might I suggest notice where there might be resistance.
1:15.3	Resistance to not starting the project, resistance to, I don't know, taking up a new habit

1:24.6	Notice where that resistance begins.
1:29.1	Maybe it's a real issue.
1:32.8	Maybe you don't have the time to do whatever it is because you've got other obligations.
1:39.9	Maybe it's in your mind.
1:42.5	Maybe you're setting up excuses, and when you really tune into the mind, the mind is saying,

1:50.2	Why would you do that?
1:51.6	Or is giving you some kind of excuse, it'll be too hard.
1:55.6	Why are we going to try to do this, new thing, so on and so on and so forth.
2:01.0	Really notice where the resistance is, and think about how you might be able to flow through

2:12.4	Because this week can really be a beautiful opportunity for folks to take inspired action,
