There were some jokes, there were some arguments, but overall, it didn't really move the plot forward. But it did have some great racing, some classic overtakes,

and it wouldn't be an episode of F1, 2025,

without some sketchy, well-intentioned team orders from McLaren tripping over themselves

to be super-duper nice.

So coming up, we'll discuss, should McLaren have ordered a swap?

How did Vastappen get a literal eight-wheeled tractor up to P1 in Monza? Did Ferrari complete Monza successfully? And we'll play

steward in a few rounds of whose fault is this. We're experimenting with splitting the show into

some more formal segments this week.

What's a guy got to do to get a safety car in this town?

Yeah, I was torn because, like, safety car would have ruined the interesting strategy that was unveiling.

So I was sort of wishing for there not to be one.

And then the strategy wasn't that interesting at all.

It was all a one stop, maybe. Yeah. And it was always going to be as well. It was always doomed to be a one stop. But maybe there'll be a semi-interesting one-stop if, I don't know, there's a bit more where. Like when the blisters started appearing on Verstappen's car, you go, oh, oh, is that thing? and it wasn't.
