What would you say is our positive? Like, what's what's what is Minnesota? Why am I doing this? Why

am I treating you like fucking guess what I'm thinking? Lakes and parks. Minnesota has invested a lot

in lakes and parks. I like lakes and parks. In Minneapolis, I will tell you in Minneapolis, this is a

real stat that nobody lives further away than six blocks from a park. They strategically did that.

So every single resident is within walking distance of a park. So you're hitting exactly where my
