they go there to find a doctor

because they're sick.

Essentially, yeah.

And then they just, they don't get that help.

They don't get medical care.

There are doctors who come and see this is completely unhygienic.

There are unfit conditions.

There's not enough food.

There are no painkillers.

And again, she is a wash in money.
