So they bring me in and I see the scoped Riley is not messing around. So they cuff me,

they put me down down and they throw me into one of their interrogation rooms.

This week's True Spie goes by many names. Spie, counter-spie, mercenary,

confessed murderer, bomber, dope dealer, operator extraordinaire. He was also an informant.

After letting me sit in there for a while, the detective Riley comes in. He sits down opposite me.

I take a moment and I look him in the eye. I tell him I'm connected. I tell him I have friends

of Washington. I tell him I work for the CIA. His name? Ricardo Morales, known as El Mono,

the monkey, to friends and enemies alike. Then Riley, Helians and Thun, and he says,

I don't care if you're sleeping with the first lady. Laysdown is charged, has me for drug

importing and wholesale, impersonating a government official, theft of government property and so on.
