Monica, welcome to the Power Hour podcast. How are you doing?

I'm so good. Thank you for having me on. This is so exciting. Yeah, I've been looking forward

to this ever since we first connected. So for everyone listening, Monica and I connected online

through Instagram and we are both under Armour women's ambassadors. So since working with

UA, I've been able to, yeah, I guess been introduced to new people, to new athletes, to new runners, new

trainers. And Monica is one of them that literally from the moment we connected I was like oh my gosh

your energy is amazing and I know that this conversation I know that people are going to love it

oh my gosh I literally and we were just talking about this but I am your biggest fan so it's really

cool to be on a team globally with women like yourself and just to be able to connect in ways like this.

It's there's pure magic.
