I am looking for money tips for when you don't have money.

I think a lot of financial advice out there seems to be aimed at people who have money.

And good decisions around that sort of seem to be a privilege for people who have enough of it that they can actually even make decisions about where it goes.

So I'm not one of those people and I often can't make good decisions around money because I can't make any decisions around money.
