I'm Stuart Mandel, joined by Bruce Feldman and Ralph Rousseau.

I was not with them right after the UNC TCU game to discuss that debacle for the Tar Heels.

But they seem to be mentioning me a lot when I actually saw the video with the other day.

So just two things I want to say real quick.

One, Bruce, Dave Matthews, I've never heard that comparison before.

Usually you can't see it in yourself if you guys.

But like I have very painful memories of Dave Matthews band freshman year fall of 94,

which was like right when he exploded. Where is this going? Where is this going? The guy in the dorm room next to me, for a while there, I was waking up every morning to ants marching. I never, I never, I never got into him. I'm sure you didn't. Ralph, are you a fan? Marginal. Yeah, it's, it's all right. You know, he's all right. There's some good songs there.

Yikes.

And then, okay, so Belichick, look, I mean, you guys were like, oh, Stu's right. I'm not going to declare right or wrong after one game. It was an awful one game, but to me, you judge coaching.

I do the coaching grades.

I don't judge it until at least one year and probably longer.

But what I realized during that game and just seeing like social media dunk on him like crazy

is nobody else is going to wait a year to judge him like many people

seem to make up their mind in the third quarter of that game yeah it's pretty funny i i i'm still

i'm still i'm still envisioning you doing a lot of fist pumps that no i mean come on it was

at least there had to be a couple it was, it was more like, yeesh, yikes, ooh, like that.

I think what Ralph said, though, on the last episode was very smart about it.

I think so much, especially because you're dealing with a 73-year-old head coach who's new to college football.
