Here amid the 10-year anniversary of CoinDest, a very exciting period for us this time.

Looking back, we were in the middle of this historic, this opportunity to look back at

where this industry has gone, where the crypto industry has gone over the past decade

in CoinDest covering that. We've just come out of consensus, of course, many would know that. And so there's

a real sense of like moment here. And Sheila, my co-host Sheila Warren, joining us as always, of course,

or nearly as always, you know, the topic of the environmental concerns, the whole never-ending

discussion debate, polemic over Bitcoin and its carbon footprint

and so forth is one of those things that I think if you look back over 10 years of Coin-Disc

coverage, you would see you pop up quite a bit. And I'm thrilled today that we've got Troy Cross

joining us, who I think of as the great philosopher of this issue and is able to is to put these
