Looking forward to tonight, very much a clear amount special, as I like to say, clear everybody out and take over the living room as Western Conference finals. It's one. Between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the San Antonio Spurs will take place later this evening. So that is top of the list. Got all 90 minutes of the

workout out of the way this morning. She could sit back and relax and watch the game tonight.

Speaking of working out, I feel like you'll appreciate this story a little bit yesterday.

So for anyone who doesn't know, I have recently, you know, entered into the exercise thing.

You've been pretty inspiring. My husband doing ultramarathons has been inspiring that I've decided to exercise.

I signed up for a yoga class yesterday that was supposed to be just a deep stretch and meditation

for 50 minutes kind of a thing, very chill.

I accidentally went into the wrong class, which is just the room right next door,

that was like this power flow class with people who are, it's very advanced.

People are just doing handstands all over the place.

But by the time I realized I was in the wrong class, it was already 10, 12 minutes in,

and my mat's in the middle of the room.

So you can't leave.

And so I was stuck in this 75 minute mind you advanced hot yoga class is 110 degrees filled with people just dying I've never

sweat that much of my entire life hell yeah did you do it though you did it I did it I'm in a lot

of physical pain today it does not feel good no that means you know what your limits are you could do it so now there's no excuse to not do that one again there was also a guy that looked exactly like matt brown in front of me and i couldn't stop staring at him the whole time his hair stayed perfect the whole time just like mats you sure wasn't matt positive positive his name was gregg okay i told him afterwards it's. He looked just like my friend, which is probably a little weird. Very Matt-esque name. That's true. On that note, let's get it going because we have so much to dive into sports-wise coming out of the weekend that was big day today as well. Time for the rundown. It's time for the top headlines and topics of the day. This is the rundown. So I'm kind of excited for this first little preview. Obviously, the NFL is 24-7-365, and you have put together our way too early week-one NFL power ratings. This is something we typically do week-to-week during the NFL regular season, but with so many lines out after we had the schedule release last week, we're getting ahead of it. Yeah, I mean, look, we have a preseason lines. And the value of this, because there's not going to be too much value in here, it just gives us a base look at it, is essentially how the market that, excuse me, the market rates these teams with the way that they wager on these games. So this is a very early look.
