This hour, we're going to get into a lot of the National Hockey League, NBA, upcoming, maybe even squeeze in a little football futures because we know that the, in case you missed it, you're living under a rock. The NFL schedule release is coming out this week, Thursday night. So getting a little bit ahead of some of those season win totals before we know the juice is going to change and adjust. If there are any, we think there could be a good opportunity to get in on now. But I want to start in the National Hockey League because last night, JVT, Colorado, extended their lead in that series with Minnesota on the road. They've now got a commanding three games to one lead in the set. The score last night, though, five, two, a little bit misleading. This was a really tight game. It was tied at one going into the third, then tied at two with about, I don't know, what, eight minutes to go or so. And then things get away from you a little bit. And we get into empty netter territory, which I think, I got to just say, under betters, you deserve better

last night. And I'm going to, I had the over six and a half. So I'm pleased that we got a little

bit more green in the account. And I mean, this should not have been a seven goal game.

I mean, it was though. So why not? I just feel terrible. And so for me, what's interesting about this, too, is as this game is winding down as an overbetter, when Colorado makes it 3-2 on that Parker Kelly goal, which I mean, beautiful goal just from the point and felt bad for Volstead.

He just didn't see it at all.

It goes over his glove.

But it's 3-2, and as an over-better, I'm rooting for the tie the rest of the way, right?

Because then you, that's how you get the seven.

One empty netter from Colorado is not going to do it.

But the fact that McKinnon gets the empty netter and then from Brock Nelson parked in front of the net on the other side, just has a clearing attempt with about seven seconds to go. And it stays straight and ends up being another empty netter to get us home there. Just ridiculous. Yeah, it's a bad beat. But I think result-wise, this is, at least in terms of win-loss, this is probably what you should have gotten. If you looked at, if you were watching the game, I thought, at least,

and then when you looked at some of the even-strength stuff afterwards,

you know, avalancheer well-in-control the shot shared throughout the game,

you know, expected goals were in their favor as well. I thought my eye told me they were out playing them in even strength somewhat. There was almost a 20-minute span where Minnesota didn't have a shot.

Yeah. So this was a result that I think made sense.
