Best bets, of course, at the end of the hour. We're going to kick things off here real quickly, though, talking a little NFL because while legal tampering is set to open up on Monday,

the new league year on Wednesday of next week, a couple teams aren't waiting. Yesterday, we talked

about Trent McDuffie, moving on from the Chiefs to the Los Angeles Rams today. The bill's

not waiting either. They made a trade this morning for Bears wide receiver, DJ Moore. Buffalo will

get more in a 2026 fifth round pick in return. Chicago gets a second this April and a lot to dive into with this, but the big thing for me, at least right away was, okay, a new toy for Josh Allen. They need a wide receiver one. They're going to get one, but also second round pick for DJ Moore. Yeah. That surprised me a little bit. I would assume Sean McDermott. You know the, the Shannon Sharp meme where he's like playing this is what I was talking about this is what I needed where was that like this is what it didn't you're going to tell me I should want everything like this is exactly what we were looking for uh to an extent I mean I'm with you second round pick seems somewhat expensive but this is a Buffalo team that was kind of behind the eight ball when you're talking about trying to go in and negotiate a deal. I mean, you are the one that comes in with a position of need. You need a wide receiver. You need to add to this depth. We saw, first off, how banged up it got from an injury standpoint, but just also how thin it has been over the last couple of years in terms of talent. So you go out and you get it.

You take a flyer.

It's a pretty strong flyer on more, but it at least makes sense that you would go in and dress a need to this extent. We'll see if it makes the difference to push them through. I don't know if that is actually going to be it, but it's at least a start for Buffalo. They needed a wide receiver one. They have not had a single wide out go over 850 yards the last two seasons.

Now granted, DJ Moore hasn't had a thousand yards season the last couple years either. So he needs to get back to his form. And I think maybe in Chicago, because of the way they drafted and some of the pieces they have, they have so much offensive talent that he ended up getting a little bit more lost in the shuffle than expected. And you know, when you're a quarterback, you have your

favorite guys and maybe DJ Moore just wasn't one of them, even though that first year in

Chicago really looked like this is going to be a blossoming situation for him. It hasn't been.

But for the situation with Buffalo, he obviously has a preexisting relationship with Joe Brady. A couple of his best years, numbers wise, came in Carolina when Joe Brady was a part of that staff. He's a very durable guy, hasn't missed a start since 2020. So hopefully this is a good situation for as much as everybody loves Khalil Shakir over there in Buffalo. He's not a wide receiver one. So this is an important piece for them to get. Chicago on the other side of this, though, JVT, I think works for a number of reasons because you get the second round pick. So you get good compensation there. And you also have freed up some cap space for yourself to see if you can wheel and deal to bring in another bigger name free agent on the defensive side of the ball. And Trey Hendrickson, we know, is going to be very attractive, as is Max Crosby, who is getting a lot of media attention today as well. Why? Why would that matter? Because even though everybody in their mother here in the city of Las Vegas, with the exception of you, my friend, says that Max Crosby is staying. He's not going

anywhere. It's not just me. I don't want to take all the credit to the world. I mean, trust me, I know how great I can be at times, but we've known this for a while. We've said a lot on this show that he's not staying. We have known this since he used his mouthpiece, Jay Glazer, when I was out there in San Francisco,

decisions behind the scenes, which is absolute insanity because, of course, he's a member of the media. He is not anyone who should be running or making decisions about running a football team. So there's a lot that goes on here, and it seems like Crosby is just somewhat done, but much in the vein of Janus Anto de Cumpo,
