And as many of our watchers and listeners low, no, we're not afraid to try and take the dullest of subjects and make it interesting.

So we have given ourselves the challenge this week of getting the Fort Smith City Council budget to be both spicy, zesty and lively.

But unfortunately, the best laid plans.

We had the wonderful Jerry, the Inquisitor Brown,

joining us this evening as our kind of scrutiniser of things fiscal.

But unfortunately, Jerry has had to nip away for a family-based emergency.

So our thoughts are with Jerry.

But we have got some

topics we'll kick about with him on a future show for definite yeah so um yes i hope things

work out jerry um and we'll we'll have you we'll have you back on soon um because yeah jerry's

inquisitive mind and his questions certainly worth us

revisiting those we've certainly got a lot out of the set out of the episodes that we've done with him

before um so that does just leave us me and thee covering covering portsmart city council's budget meeting

for um that was on Tuesday for 2324.

As exciting as it was, normally we'd feel an episode like this with lots of excerpts from

the full budget meeting so that you get to not just hear our voices, but we can't do that

coming in.
