You're going to. Hey this is mad at Epic Grill Estate. We're just finishing up here at one of our week long events, our Epic Intensive and our property tour.

It's where we meet people inside of a classroom environment, show them how to invest in real estate,

how to buy it a discount, how to exit that property

for it's the highest and best profit for themselves.

And then we go out into the field like we're doing right now

and we take a group of students that want to come along

for that part of the event and just learn how to do it.

They can touch it, they can smell it, they can feel it.

We analyze the properties together and we get together and just, we have a lot of fun,

we eat, we drink, we bring Mary, we talk shop, it's a really good time.

Anyway, I'm on my way home tomorrow.

I just wanted to share with you the, one of the more, I don't know, more impactful moments of this

exact, or this specific intensive
