0:46.6	and the future of what's going on in terms of mortgage financing
0:50.6	and real estate, residential real estate specifically at the beginning of this
0:55.0	interview. And then we got into his book which is amazing because it's about
0:58.4	opportunity, where opportunity lies, that the fact is opportunities around you all the time and it's just a matter of being aware and we talked about mindset and trends and his stories are interesting about what inspired him to write the book. He's very well connected.
