Do you want to introduce yourself and give us like two sentences about what you do and then we'll dive into it for real.

Yeah, absolutely. Thanks so much, Gabe. Excited to be here.

I'm a longtime fan. I read your book originally when it the first book when it came out your first money book, bad with money and I became an instant fan.

So thank you for having me on this thing is like become on come full circle.

I am an investment coach and specifically I focus on educating people who have traditionally felt left out of the financial space and don't have the resources that they need in order to invest their money.

And grow their wealth. So your name is Anjali Pradhan Pradhan, but your online thing is called dollia wealth.

Why is it named that? Oh, good question. Not many people ask me this and not very many people know, but dollia was the name of a person, a girl that I knew when I was growing up.

I played soccer for a long time and this girl who was on an like an opposing team, she was so good at the game.

She was just like no pun intended. She was in a league of our own. And so when we played her team, we didn't know we called it dollias team because she was just so much better than the rest of us.

And so for me, dollia represents excellence and it represents blowing your competition out of the water. And for me, the competition is not like other investment coaches or other people necessarily.

It's just it's, you know, the patriarchal system that is not working for a lot of us.

That's really what excellence is about for me. Wow. Okay. Well shout out to dollia. Thank you.

Okay. So I wanted to get into your story a little bit. Like how did you start out with money, let's say?

Yeah. So I've kind of like always been interested in the financial space. I remember being in high school, taking like a like an economics class in grade nine and just like feeling feeling like this is so exciting.

And we could like psychoanalyze why I was so drawn to it. But I think kind of somewhere in the back of my head or like deep in my soul, I felt that if I could master money, I like no one could control.

And I could have ultimate freedom. And money in our society is very much a symbol of power. But it was just a bit odd that like as a woman of color, you know, that I was so drawn to it.
