Marriage is a gift, but a marriage made up of two people with different financial

backgrounds can create some very real difficulties.

And this is one of the most common questions that I receive from you guys,

is how do you ingest the navigate spending and saving your money together as a couple?

How do you make financial decisions? How do you choose to invest?

And how do you get along while doing all of it?

And when you're married to someone who has experienced financial hardship in the past,

or they didn't learn how to properly manage their money,

it's so important to be mindful of your partner's feelings and experiences,

while also working together to see eye to eye about the finances in your home.

Because the way that you handle your money is not only greatly important to God,

your stewardship, or your lack thereof, is also seen by your children and will pour over onto

their generation. And I'm so excited to be here with my husband Jesse to have this conversation

and to let you guys in a little bit on what we have done, the biggest struggles that we have

faced in our marriage with finances, and the things that we have learned along the way.

We were never promised that life would be easy, but when we do it together,
