actually, and asking him about the situation in his neighborhood and in Houston about the weather

and whatnot. And I asked him this question. You know, this happened maybe a couple hours ago,

so it's fresh in my mind. I asked him, are the storm, is the storm damage being hyped up? You know, is this just a big media event?

Or is it as bad as they say it is? And then he paused, and then he said, it's actually far

worse. He said that what's happened in essence is that the media, Houston in essence, has

obviously a lot of mostly low lands and then some highlands.

And his neighborhood in particular is built basically on what amounts to a big hill.
