My guest this week, Josh Ostrander. A lot of you probably haven't even heard that name.

But if you're a fan of music and been paying any attention in the last six months, you'll certainly know his hit single Shine with his band, Mondo Cosmo. Now that might sound a little more familiar.

Josh and the whole band, Mondo, were playing a gig in Washington DC and I was there

for something and so I caught up with him before the

gig much appreciated.

This was his first headlining tour.

So congratulations to you, Josh.

Did the Aspen 50 the we do Aspen 50 here in Aspen, 50 miles of really tough single track, mountain bike.

I am, you can probably hear my voice.

I am completely wasted dead to the world stick a fork in me I'm done I'm

getting too old for this shit but in all seriousness we had about 150 riders, had 40 volunteers, the

course was amazing, the leaves are changing, the weather was perfect, thanks to

everybody for coming out, riders and volunteers, especially the volunteers.

Plenty of stuff you can go do on a Sunday, you don't have to come out and help us suffer along,

but we much appreciate it all the riders. So big shout out to them.
