happy monday folks i hope you all had a great weekend and your springs are springing if that makes

any sense beautiful day out here on the northeast and i hope wherever you are it's just the same president

trump today floating a new income tax as a way to mitigate the impact of his sweeping tariffs, which

polls show Americans are increasingly believed will lead to higher prices. That's not necessarily

true. President Trump posting on social media, quote, when tariffs cut in, many people's income

taxes will be substantially reduced, maybe even completely eliminated.

Focus will be on people making less than $200,000 a year.

Trump defended the strategy behind the steep tariffs in his post maintaining that, quote,

massive number of jobs are already being created

with new plants and factories currently being built or planned.
