I'm your host, Jake Burns, and this is your Monday Quick Hitter edition.

So if you miss the weekend podcast, I can tell you these are far more interesting than

what I'm going to put out for you here on a Monday, which was obviously very slow over the

weekend with Cleveland Brown's news. But we did Saturday an episode with Coach Lance Risland.

So he's obviously a Northeast Ohio staple. He's doing some work for Cleveland.com.

We went through some of the schematic changes we think the Browns will make. So I think that that one's

well worth your time. Just coming from a couple guys who like to talk about scheme,

like to talk about all of the stuff kind of built around what the Browns have done, what they're

going to do do all of that

stuff. So I think that conversation with Lance was pretty fun and that was a good one. And then

yesterday had an interview with former Ohio State and Cleveland Brown, amongst some other teams in

the NFL, Tyvis Powell, where we kind of went through a little bit of his backstory, his playing

days, his connection to Cleveland, his playing days, his connection

to Cleveland, Denzel Ward, and his new adventure in Cleveland Media, because I think he's

a rising star in that market the same way he was as a football player. It was about a 25-minute

interview that I thought was really good and worth your time. So those are your two weekend podcasts along with the Friday episode with John Colosimo, which I also think was a pretty

fun episode. Over the weekend here, like I said, not much Browns news. We did figure out that

Deerunis Johnson is back. Okay. It's a one-year contract with incentives that can take it to

$2.43, 900,000 guaranteed.
