Andrew here to welcome you in and hit on a couple topics that we have been kind of going back and

forth on just listening to some some perspective on the brides. I feel like Andrew as we go into

the middle of June, late June, early July, it's all what other people think about your team, especially those who cover the league as a whole, because you oftentimes have to check your reality versus the league reality. So that's what we're going to do a little bit of today. But I woke me in, ask you how your weekend was, buddy. It was great, Jake. I had a nice weekend. I got out and played golf for the first time this year, which is, I think, an accomplishment. Even though it's

June, it still felt pretty good to get out there. And, you know, golf is such a funny sport because

I did not play well overall. And I did not have a good round. But I hit enough good shots that I'm now,

you know, I've got the itch, right, that I want to get back out as soon as I can because that when it goes well, when you hit it well, it's just nothing, nothing quite as satisfying because it's so hard to do consistently. It's like a home run. It genuinely is like a home run when you get it right and you just chase that high all the time. Like we i also played this weekend we played at the course i brought the whole uh group to a couple years ago which is of course you and i shared the only time we've ever golfed together is a 230 yard par three i don't know if you remember it's on the back second hole as well as i can hit a four i played off all day but that one swing you're like man and i just replicate that a little bit more often i probably day. But that one swing, you're like, man, and I just replicate

that a little bit more often? I probably would be okay. So, yeah, the high of, I have a couple of, that's how golf ropes you in. It's like, it's, it's amazing how they rope you in with that. Just a couple good swings makes you think about one to get back out there. No, that's it. I'm thinking about the drive I had on nine and you know it does not matter that some of the other times I'm

playing out of the

other times I'm playing out of the rough before the fairway because my drives are so bad. Like,

that one on nine was so good, you know, I'm in a, I'm in a foursome and I, you know, the one time

I outdrove everybody else all day and was like perched in the middle of the

fairway great you know lined up perfectly for my second shot so if I just could do that once

a whole yeah you know not saying the drive every time but if one of your shots per hole was of that

quality it's enough to keep you kind of coming back because they don't all have to be good, but they,

if enough of them are good, it's just, it's so seductive. There's no better way to say it than that, man, and you start talking yourself and you're like, you know, if I just play a little more, maybe a couple trips to the range every week, like, I can do this. You often have these thoughts where you string like four or five good shots together. It's like if I played this my whole if i did this from the time i was seven or eight i think i could be a pretty but it's like

you go out and watch those guys and what a miss is for them and you're reminded very quickly of

they're just playing an entirely different sport two different levels maybe even yeah yeah it's

absolutely insane they're they're playing with a golf club and ball the way that you and I would play with darts. Like that level of precise. Yeah, it's pretty wild. Pretty wild to watch live. If you can see golf, I wouldn't, like, I don't think live golf is the greatest thing in the world. What if you can go one time, sit on a hole and just like allow a bunch of groups to play through not chase the course around

because that's just ends up being not as fun but like the memorials coming to Columbus this weekend

one of the just fantastic golf tournament they do they put on such a such a good show and like I

always love to just find you know hole pick a hole for that weekend and sit and watch and just see
