Good morning, everybody. Today is Sunday, October 23rd, but this is the episode for the morning of Monday, October 24th. As always, as the week concludes, getting a quick initial reaction to all of the openers, in this case, looking ahead to NFL week number eight, as well as some thoughts on week number seven. we get going just want to say thank you for

your patience the last two days and appreciate everybody who maybe showed up Thursday morning and

didn't find the podcast saw the notification posted on Twitter I just I wasn't in a good spot to record

Thursday or Friday and as I mentioned on the Wednesday show it might have been tough I didn't want

to put something out that

was subpar or not to the best that it could be. And for both of those days, with the travel,

with the busy week, it was a hell of a week. I'll be honest. With all that coming together,

it just wasn't going to be good if I recorded a podcast. And so I elected to take those days away.

In total, they didn't give anything out in the telegram either, just stayed away from everything, got everything sorted. We're now back at home. We're in the office. There's half a foot of snow outside, not going anywhere now for a little bit. Locked in as we look forward to NFL week number eight. And unlike the last couple of weeks where there's been some

back and forth on a couple things there are some strong opinions on a couple of these games one

of them in particular which we will get to in the first market rundown as we look at the initial

prices for NFL week number eight and it is 546 p.m. Mountain time at the time of recording.

So with that said, these are going to be moving as depending on when you're listening to this,

if it is Monday morning bear in mind that this podcast was recorded a couple hours before

the Sunday night football game concluded.

So keep in mind, as you look at the prices this morning, some of these may have moved

around. Starting off with Thursday night football. And it is an immediate and significant move

on the Baltimore Ravens. This game on October 18 18th, hit the board Tampa Bay minus three.

On the reopen today, we saw the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a one and a half point favorite.

We are now seeing the Ravens as a one and a half point favorite. So depending on when you

want to look at it, whether it's from open tonight, where it went through the zero and is now having the Ravens list that is a favorite

or that initial opinion that was put up on the look aheads at minus three last Wednesday,
