Good morning, everybody, the Simple Handicap for Monday, October 23rd.

Thank you for making me a part of your morning.

As always with the Monday morning shows recording on Sunday evening.

It is currently 4.18 p.m. Pacific time, 7.18 p.m. Eastern time.

But now before we kick off Sunday night football between the Eagles and the Dolphins,

it is the earliest in history of the Simple Handicap that I've ever hit record on one of these episodes,

typically doing so around 445 Pacific.

It may very well be a bed night before 11 p.m. Pacific time on a Sunday for me.

First time in a very long time.

But it was a light schedule with multiple teams on buys.

And these afternoon games did a very good job of getting themselves over and done with

in a timely manner. We are genuinely getting the first reactions to these prices. As Chris

numbers are hitting the board as we talk, we are seeing some of the other sports books

begin to hit the board as well. So as we go through, we're going to catch up on all of these numbers. Let's take a look at the look ahead lines, where we're reopening, where we think we might be going, and set you up with a true first look here of NFL week number eight, the final weekend in October as we near the halfway point of the NFL season. A lot of good things from week number seven.
