| 0:46.0 | will pull out of a nuclear arms agreement with Russia. |
| 0:49.0 | On Saturday, the President said he pulled the U.S. out of the Intermediate Nuclear Forces Treaty. |
| 0:54.8 | It was signed in 1987 by Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev to help end the Cold War. |
| 1:00.5 | The two leaders agreed to ban all conventional and nuclear missiles with ranges between 500 and 5500 kilometers. |
