Israel has told Gazans to evacuate south, putting pressure on Egypt to reopen border crossings.

Israel says nearly 600,000 Gazans have started moving, despite Hamas telling everyone to

stay put.

But Palestinian health care workers say evacuations are impossible for children and

patients on ventilators.

The World Health Organization said forcing patients to leave hospitals is a death sentence.
