Today, a gunman opened fire during morning services at a church in Sutherland Springs,

Texas on Sunday, killing at least 26 people, 7% of the town's population.

It's Monday, November 6th.

Many Fernandez, what kind of town is Sutherland Springs, Texas?

Sutherland Springs is outside of San Antonio.

It's about 34 miles outside of downtown.

It's a very small little spot on the map.

One man who lives nearby called it a one-light town, and that's pretty much what it is.

There's about 360 people who live there in the 2000 census, and the population hasn't

changed a whole lot since then.

What about the first Baptist church?
