Hey there, everybody, and welcome to Morning Run.

It is Monday. June 29th, I'm Amy Robach.

I'm T.J. Holmes, and I was worried about making sure I sounded good and my energy was up.

And then I heard you, and I said, okay, well, I'm not alone.

Got a case of the Mondays, do you?

Well, it's our fault because we went from pride to the pitch to the villa yesterday.

Yes, we had a long and fun.

This was a really fun day to have big pride here in New York.

But then, Roads, we went immediately. We started watching World Cup elimination soccer. And then we had a party for Love Island last night. It was a long day. Yeah, how many did we end up with on the couch? One, two, three, four, five, six, seven of us? Okay. I was the only dude. No, there was another dude. Okay. I was the

only one with a dude mentality. Okay. That's fair. That's fair. But yes, it was a good time,

a good day. I hope you had a good weekend. It is going to be a hot, hot as a hell week for the

majority of the country. We will be getting into that.

But we've got several stops to make on this Monday morning run. We'll make a stop in Southern California. Make a stop in France. Make a stop in, yes, the central and eastern parts of the United States. Also in South Carolina. We'll make a stop at the box office. In Fiji, the Strait of Hormuz, as well as Venezuela. But we have to start with this. The U.S. and Iran

agreed to stop firing at each other, robes, less than two weeks after they agreed to stop

firing at each other. Yes, this continues. And yet, yes, the two sides exchanged strikes,

a.k.a. firing at each other over the weekend around the

Strait of Hormuz. And certainly this was an unwelcome development after the much-debated
