And first and foremost, I'm going to let you know I'm recording this on Sunday, July 14th. I'm going to be at Big 12 Media Days up in Dallas on Monday and Tuesday. And actually, as soon as I'm done recording this, I'm going to actually head to Dallas. And so instead of doing two episodes on my phone and making the audio not sound quite as good, I figured, you know what? Let me go ahead and knock out.

Monday's podcast right now. I go to the radio station, knock it out. Then boom, drive to Dallas and be good to go. So when you're listening to this, it's going to be Monday's episode. So I'm already going to be in Dallas getting prepared for Big 12 media days at Jerry's world. It should be a lot of fun. and it's officially like the kickoff to college football is back.

comes back because I know the NFL is right around the corner. So again, this is Monday, July 15th,

2019 episode. Your boy, Q here. Really, really excited, man, because we're getting so much closer to training camp. I want to tell you what happened over the weekend before I get into the episode. Actually, I'll just tell you what's going to go on the episode today. In segment number three and segment number two, I actually have calls off that Lockdown Raider podcast, voicemail line, a bunch of calls that I collected on Friday, Saturday, and also on Sunday. So I'm going to have those calls. And then here in segment

number one, going to tell you the news and notes around the NFL, news and notes going on with

the Raiders, obviously. And then also want to tell you what I did on Saturday. And it was a lot of fun.

I had a lot of fun. Some people who follow me on Twitter at your boy Q254 already know what I'm talking about. But on Saturday, I actually played in a golf tournament, the Val-Easan Memorial tournament. I play in it every single year, even though I'm terrible. I am awful at golf. Like, I'm really good at softball. I'm good at basketball. I can play is about any sport but I can't play golf I'm just not very good at golf so I just go
