got overthr by a coalition of rebels and was granted asylum in Russia by fellow dictator Vladimir Putin.

But considering that many of the rebels have had ties to ISIS and al-Qaeda, will the new boss

provide any more democracy in human rights than the old boss? They're saying they will, we will see.

As for democracy and the new boss in this country, President-elect Trump mused on Meet

the Press about whether he might try to ignore the Constitution and deport United States citizens

who are related to people here illegally just by issuing an executive order.

United Healthcare stock, however, was down over the last two trading days from $611 a share to $549.
