Good morning, heathens. Happy Murder in the News Monday.

How'd you guys fare this weekend? Did you survive it? I survived. But the amount of

painting and scrubbing that I'm doing in my house is just insane. The level of exhaustion and then of course I'm not sleeping. This is my I'm in my

Insomnia era main character insomnia era so yay me, but how about you guys were you nice I hope you guys were I'm

sure that you were my babes my loves they're all going to. Yeah, so we're still going to continue with the

random acts of kindness. I can't remember if I told you guys here in the news or

if I put it on Instagram or the Facebook page, but it doesn't matter either way.

All of us, we're going to try to do at least one random act of kindness just to be nice. We're going to try to get the old social meters kind of back up if we have to

force it amongst each other with ourselves. And that includes my international listeners, those that are outside of the United States, of chaos of America right now.

I want everyone to do one random act of kindness for me and it'll make you feel good.

Maybe it'll be a butterfly effect.
