Accue weather meteorologists are calling for severe weather across a lot of the country today and all week.

The risk for tornadoes will be greatest today in the plains, but the Midwest, the

east, the south are all expected to some nasty, even dangerous weather this week.

They say dozens of tornadoes from Western Oklahoma into Kansas are expected today.

And another big thing a lot of people will be worried about is hail.

They're calling for giant damaging hailstones.

So be careful out there folks.

Take it seriously if you are anywhere near the path.
