hitting theaters. Yeah, baby. And this is another big one. In 2008, on this date, the Marvel

Cinematic Universe was born with the release of Iron Man. I am Iron Man.

Okay, can we get to the news now? Let's go. Let's do it. Always start with the top story and

there were some moves in Ukraine over the weekend. On Saturday, how Speaker Nancy Pelosi made

an unannounced trip to Kiev and met with President Zelensky. She is now the highest-ranking

US official to have visited the country since the invasion began. Six other US lawmakers were there

with her while there she told the Ukrainian President, quote, we are visiting you to say thank

you for your fight for freedom that we are on a frontier of freedom and your fight is a fight

for everyone. And speaking of President Zelensky, he just said in an interview that he and his

family were very nearly captured by Russian soldiers early on in the invasion. And about that

steel plant in Mariopoul, it's being reported that more than 100 civilians were successfully evacuated.

But once they got out of the attacks on the plant continued and the evacuations were paused until

later today, there are thought to be hundreds of people. Many injured still trapped inside.

And finally, later this week, the First Lady Jill Biden will travel to Romania and Slovakia to

show support for the displaced families that were forced to flee Ukraine.
