The situation between the Israelis and the Palestinian's continued to escalate over the weekend,

with the most notable headline being that the Israeli forces destroyed a large, high-rise

building in Gaza that housed both the news bureaus for AP News and Al Jazeera, claiming

that the building also contained Hamas operatives who were purposely using the building for cover.

An official statement from the President of the AP claimed that the AP had been in the

building for 15 years, and they had no indication that Hamas was active in the building, which

they had checked to the best of their ability.

Hamas also continued to fire missiles at Israel over the weekend, as Netanyahu stated that

the war will continue, and may quote, take time, despite international efforts to broker

a ceasefire.

Meanwhile, protests broke out across the United States and internationally this weekend in

solidarity with the Palestinians, as the fighting continues for a second full week.

Quite a damning story about Matt Gaetz dropped on Friday, which alleged that in 2019 he attended

a GOP fundraiser in Orlando, to which he brought a paid escort and amateur Instagram model

as a date, which obviously there would be nothing wrong with, except for the fact that Gaetz

allegedly paid her for sex, and the two of them allegedly attended a cocaine-fueled party

after the fundraiser that was written off as a campaign expense, with Gaetz's joiners

picking up the tab.

Not only that, but the escort who was identified as Meghan Zalanka apparently had what

is known as a no-show job in the government.
