the last American hostage held by Hamas is about to be released. The crowd has gathered in his

hometown in Tenafly, New Jersey. President Trump announced last night that Adon Alexander is

coming home to his family. Chief Foreign Correspondent Ian Panel tracking it all. Good morning, Ian.

Yeah, good morning, George. That's right. Overnight President Trump making that announcement that this American Israeli hostage

is going to be released from captivity.

Hamas saying that the release will happen today, and there's a lot of expectation it could

come in the following few hours.

Alexander has been held for more than 580 days.

He's believed to be the last living American hostage.
