Dozens hurt when an Air Canada passenger jet collided with a fire truck at New York City's LaGuardia Airport late last night.

The weather is going to be something that they've been looking at and they were very quick

Last night at the time of this crash around 1145 p.m., moderate winds with visibility roughly

at four miles and there was mist and fog at LaGuardia.

So it's unclear at this point if the weather had any role in all of this.

The Senate is expected to vote on whether to confirm Mark Wayne Mullen as the new Homeland Security Secretary.

Christy Noam is leaving the DHS at the end of the month after backlash over ICE in Border Patrol's conduct during ice operations.

Borders are Tom Holman told ABC News he does not hold Noam responsible.
