A couple weeks ago, I mentioned the anniversary of the first message transmitted through a telephone and today is the anniversary of the very first tweet co-founder and former CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey tweeted just setting up my Twitter Twitter was spelled without the vowels and that sentence last year.

All right, let's go. I always start with the top stories. I was hoping this would be over by the time I got back in here, your daily update on the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Russia is now launching Mach 5 missiles inside Ukraine, hypersonic weapons as they continue to pound the country.

According to the United Nations, one in four Ukrainians has been forced to flee their homes. 25% of the country now refugees. It's unbelievable.

Still, according to a poll, more than 90% of Ukrainians believe their country will win this war.

Ukrainian President Zelensky has said that he is ready for negotiations with Putin and he added that if those talks fail, that would mean that this is a third world war. That's what he said.

President Biden is leaving Wednesday to travel to Europe, he'll be in Belgium to meet NATO and European allies to discuss the war. On Friday, he's expected to travel to Warsaw, Poland, which shares a border with Ukraine.

Yet, into sports, a lot of basketball this weekend. The sweet 16 is set in the NCAA March Madness tournament.
