A week ago, I told you about a Listeria outbreak that killed two people.

But now we have more of an update on what to avoid.

Some people who became ill with Listeria reported eating Boreshead, specifically Liverwurst.

The Maryland Department of Health tested an unopened package of Borshead Liverwurst,

and it was positive for Listeria. Several New Jersey and New York area stop and shops completely

shut down their delis, but have since reopened. It's important to note that even if you haven't

consumed Borshead deli meats specifically specifically but have had other deli meats,

you can still become ill due to cross-contamination. And as a reminder, you can experience the

sickness anywhere from one to 70 days after consuming the meat. There are a wide variety of

symptoms to be on the lookout for, from stiff
