We start with the biggest story and the biggest story all weekend was Tyree Nichols as planned the Memphis police department released the footage of his beating

Which led to his death and after it came out Friday evening there were protests not only in Memphis

But a handful of cities throughout the country they continued all weekend

It seems that everything was mostly peaceful. There were some arrests but overall the streets were just full of people marching and

pleading in Nichols name for an end to police violence calling for the culture to change

The Memphis police department did announce that they are permanently

Dispanding the scorpion unit these five former officers responsible for Tyree's death were members of that unit

Also, it seems quite possible that more charges will come the videos which are extremely disturbing show several more members of law enforcement

As well as paramedics that just weren't acting while this young man's body was slumped on the ground
