Hello everybody. I'm John Fawson with this Great America Show Midday Update for Monday, June 1st.

Happy Monday, folks, and happy June. A federal judge this week declining to block President

Trump's executive order targeting mail-in ballots, delivering yet another blow to the Marxist

Dems, who claimed the order could disenfranchise millions of voters. The executive order signed

March 31st, direct to the Department of Homeland Security,

to compile a list of all adult U.S. citizens living in each state,

and would direct the U.S.PS to deliver mail-and-ballots to only individuals appearing on those lists.

U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee, ruled that the plaintiffs' requests

for an injunction against the order came way too early.

Democrats and voting groups argued that under the Constitution, state legislators and Congress

are responsible for regulating federal elections, not the president.

The order, according to the plaintiffs, could also force the USPS to make rules about the elections

that go beyond its authority.

Now, imagine that, folks, the USPS, the people who the elections that go beyond its authority. Now imagine that folks.

The USPS, the people who can't seem to get our packages anywhere on time or in a timely fashion or the same USPS that was driving ballots from New York to Pennsylvania on election night.

You all remember that back in 2020. Yet the Democrats want them to be able to legislate

our elections. Imagine that. Trump's executive order, meanwhile, frames itself as an attempt to

enforce federal voting laws, which President Trump says the executive branch is obliged to do under

Article 2 of the Constitution. I mean, think about it. Free and fair elections, who wouldn't

want that? Democrat plaintiffs claimed in court that the order could infringe on the constitutional right of states to regulate their own elections.

Nichols rules claims that it's speculative at the moment. The judge, however, did not rule on the merits of the Democrats' argument.
