This month in my coaching group Angie Lee and I were talking about authenticity and transparency on social media. Sometimes my coaching clients are concerned about what to post and wonder how transparent they should be on social media. You do need some level of transparency and authenticity if you want to have an online business. However, transparency is not a one-size-fits-all. You need wisdom and discernment for what to share on social media. We aren't supposed to share everyone with the masses. In this podcast, I will help you figure out a model for the right level of transparency for your clients and on social media, how to figure out if you are a "stuffer" and how to avoid the "transparency hangover."

- You need to be your authentic self on social media.
