This morning millions, who waking up to

brutally cold temperatures and wind chills. You know, Ginger has the latest on all that. Part of the

problem is we haven't had a winter in a while, right? A lot of people, Great Lakes to Northeast.

I mean, Chicago has had nearly a foot and a half of snow already this season. That's about all they

got last year in total. So yes, a big start.

And it's starting this morning.

We've got snow flying from Harrisonburg, Virginia to Richmond,

back to Lexington, Kentucky.

Winter storm warning is in place.

And in that area, you could end up with two to five inches.
