The FBI's Mar-a-Lago search warrant was unsealed Friday.

It shed some light on the situation, but did little to dispel much of the country's

um, tension.

The warrant showed that former President Trump is being investigated for potential violations

of the Espionage Act related to mishandling classified documents after leaving office.

The National Archives retrieved 15 boxes of documents, some classified in February,

and Trump's team turned over additional documents in response to a subpoena in June.

However, the FBI was reportedly tipped off about more classified documents, potentially

related to nuclear weapons, prompting last Monday's raid.

The FBI recovered 11 sets of documents marked as classified, and one set marked as sensitive,

compartmented information, indicating one of the highest levels of classification.

Trump and his team say he had declassified those documents before leaving office, and

called the raid a politically motivated witch hunt.
