Hey, my friends, welcome back to yet another episode of Everyday Truth.

Hope you had a great, great Easter and enjoyed time with family and your church family,

but especially just reflecting on the fact that Jesus rose again.

It's everything.

It's the great exclamation point on everything the Bible says.

Jesus rose again. Here we are in Matthew chapter 18 and Jesus is speaking and teaching.

And this is a great passage because it really helps us to understand how do we deal with interpersonal issues when inevitably we are sinned against. Now, not when we're offended by something or somebody disagrees with

our preference. That's not what the passage is talking about. But what do we do when we have been

wronged? Because that happens inevitably.

Not just in the world, but in our churches, in our Christian communities, it happens. Why?

Because we're sinful people. It's going to happen. What do we do when it happens? Remember,

the passage that we're in right now is a passage that began with the disciples being a little bit full of themselves, arguing about who's going to be

the greatest in the kingdom and some of those carnal motivations. So Jesus is teaching them that when you face carnality,

even within the church, and our sin against, there is a process by which we should get things
