If you'll recall on Friday I talked about the seemingly endless rumors of a T-Mobile Sprint merger

and on Sunday afternoon those rumors became fact.

T-Mobile announced it would be acquiring Sprint for around $26 billion in stock.

Deutsche Telecom, parent company of T-Mobile, would be taking a 42% stake and Soft Bank, which has long had a majority
